Senior Mining Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Mining Engineer to lead mine planning and design activities across our active operations. You will be responsible for optimizing extraction processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mentoring junior engineering staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mining engineering or related field
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or equivalent
- Valid blasting certification and thorough knowledge of explosives regulations
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of delivering complex mining projects
- Proficiency in mine planning software such as Surpac, Whittle, or Deswik
Heavy Equipment Operator
Join our operations team as a Heavy Equipment Operator, responsible for safely operating large-scale mining machinery including haul trucks, excavators, and loaders at our Tarkwa surface mining site.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy mining equipment in an open-pit environment
- Valid heavy equipment operator's license recognized by the Ghana Minerals Commission
- Completed safety training certification including hazard awareness and emergency procedures
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding outdoor conditions across rotating shifts
Environmental Specialist
We are looking for a passionate Environmental Specialist to support our sustainability initiatives, monitor environmental compliance, and lead impact assessment projects across all mining operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
- Proven experience conducting Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) in the mining or extractive sector
- Strong knowledge of Ghana EPA regulations and international environmental standards
- Excellent report writing, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with GIS software and environmental monitoring tools
Maintenance Technician
We need a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our technical team at Obuasi, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy mining equipment and ensuring maximum fleet availability.
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Hands-on experience with maintenance and repair of heavy mining equipment such as CAT, Komatsu, or Sandvik
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends as required by operational demands

Requirements
- Recent graduate (within the last 2 years) from an accredited university or polytechnic
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Strong academic record with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division or equivalent
- Willingness to relocate to any of our operational sites across Ghana
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
